Sweet Adeline: More Fall Fun

We've had a fun couple of weeks, with football games, Halloween, and trips to the Children's Museum.

Adeline has also developed a new "cheese" face, and she makes this expression every time she sees a camera. I try to avoid saying the word "cheese", but it doesnt seem to help. Here are some examples of recent times I've tried to take a picture of her:

We really like Adeline's new school, and she and her friend Charlotte have become best buddies. They are in the same class now, and will probably go to school together forever! Charlotte and her family live right down the street from us, so we've had a lot of fun together lately! Rob and I also love hanging out with Charlotte's parents, and we are so grateful to have met them.

The weekend before Halloween, Adeline's school had a fall festival. They had crafts, snacks, and a costume contest. We met Charlotte and her family there, and had a fun evening together.

Towards the end of the night, the girls discovered cheese puffs and they ate so many, they were covered in orange cheese dust. At least it matched Adeline's costume!

The next day, we spent the morning at the Children's Museum and had a blast! Adeline and Charlotte were so funny together and they played for almost 3 hours. They both took long naps that afternoon!

The last time we went to the museum, Rob had to lift Adeline to reach this! She is getting so tall!

The last fun event of October was Halloween! We walked around the neighborhood with Charlotte and her family, and the girls did some trick or treating.
